AWFUL! I take Tramadol for pain and only get a 30 day supply.

It takes 5 days to be processed and mailed to my home after it is ordered. You would think they would give you a time buffer for processing and delivery, but they don't. I can't order it again for 30 days from the day it is SHIPPED!!! That's right!

SHIPPED! That means I am without medication for 5 days. I have complained numerous times about this and explained the problem. My cat understands that this doesn't make sense, but the people at Catamaran don't get it.

"Nothing they can do", or "call your Dr. and send an emergency script to your pharmacy and we will do an override." Every month? I'm supposed to do this every month? We had Express Scripts before this and I thought I had problems with them.

I'd take them back in a minute. Catamaran must come awful cheap. Why else would they be so bad? Trying to get to a real person is also a hassle.

The computer insists to know why you want to talk to a representative, and when you do tell it, it tries to help you all over again.

They need to be shut down. They are the most incompetent service provider I have ever come across.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Change time between being able to order prescriptions so patients will not be without medications..

I didn't like: Absolutely awful.

Have your doctor rewrite your script to give you 5 days extra pills.Then after the first time you order you will have that extra med to tide you over until your new order arrives.
